I created the Client Reward System to show my appreciation for the families who trust me with their childcare needs. This system is more than just a way to earn points—it’s a way for me to give back to you while making childcare more engaging and rewarding.

Here’s how it works:

1. Create a Booking

Send me the date and time you need care. If it fits in my schedule, I’ll confirm your booking right away.

2. Earn Points

For every $5 spent on my services, you’ll earn 1 point. Points are automatically added to your account once the booking is complete.

3. Track Your Progress

Log into the portal at Login.MaxwellMandell.com to view your points and other family details. In the portal, you’ll find:

‍Your Total Points: A running total of earned, spent, and available points.

‍Your Booking Info: Upcoming and latest bookings at a glance.
‍
‍Achievements: See how close you are to reaching milestones like "Legacy Family" or "Legendary Family."

‍Family Folder: Access personalized information like report cards, your Family Information Spreadsheet, and all other records I keep for you. These are available anytime, though some files may require email verification for access.
